Terms and conditionfor illustration

What do you get?1. Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)
2. Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
3. Full-resolution file. Final file formats are usually PNG. Without any watermarks.

General:
1. I have the right to refuse requests.
2. The commissioned piece is for PERSONAL USE only. DM me for commercial prices.
3. Commissions may take from a WEEK to 3 MONTHS depending on the queue and the type of illustration needed. Do not rush me!
4. First come-first served basis!
5. You CANNOT cancel your order after you approved the request sketch.
6. Refunds can happen on these conditions: a) I have not yet started on your request. b) There are unexpected circumstances where it prevents me from doing it.
7. Payments will be done through paypal invoice or gcash (preferred).
9. Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the request.
10. Full payment upfront but downpayments can be discussed!Additional:
1. I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.
2. During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
3. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
4. You get 3 revisions for the sketch.
5. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.Copyright/Usage Policy
The artist claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork and to post it wherever I want.
The commissioner is allowed to:
1. Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.). Giving me credits is not necessary but is appreciated.
2. Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.The following is considered copyright infringement:1. Reproducing the artwork - means making money off it in any way. If you would like to use it for commercial purposes, please contact me directly since there will be additional charges for that.
2. Claiming the artwork as your own.
3. Removing my signature from the artwork.
4. Altering the artwork without my consent.

2. Commissions may take from THREE WEEKS TO THREE MONTHS depending on the queue and complexity of your request. Do not rush me!
3. First come-first served basis!
4. Refunds can happen on these conditions: a) I have not yet started on your request. b) There are unexpected circumstances where it prevents me from doing it.
5. Payments will be done through paypal invoice or gcash (for local customers).
6. Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the request.
7. In order to secure a slot, you need to pay me 100% upfront. This is done so scammers can be avoided. Thank you for your kind understanding!Additional:
1. I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.
2. During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and I can either send you a sample through google drive or if you are comfortable enough, I can set up a screen share on discord so we can discuss live on which part you want to change or revise.
3. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
4. Revisions can be discussed and sorted out in a maximum of ten revisions, keeping in mind that these are all easily changeable and are all minor.
5. Major revisions will have an additional fee.
6. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final edit - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.The commissioner is allowed to:1. The prices already includes the commercial price, so the customer is allowed to monetize the video in Youtube or other platforms.
2. Giving me credits is not necessary but is appreciated.
